Nothing great and nothing bad its what u want in a reasonable amount of time with no errors
If I could give this place NO stars...I would. I placed an order(dine in) at 8:54pm..we didn't receive our food until 9:50. They kept telling us they were waiting on chicken and that it would be like 10 minutes so how did 10 mins turn into an hour? There was like 10 people working so there is absolutely no reason why it took so long to give us our food. People that came in AFTER us received their food in less than 10 minutes but not US! And it was only 3 of us. So when the manager FINALLY gave us our food, she literally only said we're sorry about that then went outside and smoked a cigarette..never once came back and checked on us to see if we were satisfied with the food. Very unprofessional and I will NOT be back. The manager did end up voiding our order but I'm still waiting on my money to be returned to my account. Regardless I will be calling the district manager to make a formal complaint.
3 stars because the food is usually good and the staff are courteous. But the tables, floors and restrooms can be pretty dirty at times.
The food was DELICIOUS and the staff were super friendly. All of the employees seemed as if they truly cared. However, this review only gets three stars from me because my order was forgotten about. I had to go back up to the counter after 27 minutes with my receipt and have my order remade. Overall this location gets a B+ from me. The friendliness of the staff made up for my order being skipped. And they fixed the issue promptly. I would not avoid going to this location. Give it a go.
Maaaaan, the fries here are the best. A whole box full 4 only 5 bucks
