I have attempted to get food from Jack and the Box 4 times since I moved to Texas three out of the four were horrible experiences and I was not even able to collect the food the third time that I tried I actually did get my food and it was good the other four times I was greeted by somebody that would say something like oh their systems were down or they wouldn't know what they were doing and literally get up the window and everything was completely terrible it is ridiculous that a company like this could exist please if corporate Jack and the box is reading this I like to talk to you guys this is completely absurd do something about your company how does this company make any money lastly I'm sitting in front of the stacking box for about 10 minutes now after they told me that their systems were down at 4 when however it was 7 minutes before 4 as a matter of fact when I was told that I pull back out upset that for the 4th time that I could not get my food so I pull around wait to think of what I should do about this as I'm sitting there waiting I'm sitting close to the area that you order food and this is nearly immediately afterwards about 2 minutes had passed someone pulls up they taken order and tell them your total will be in the drive thru moments after they just told me it would be 30 minutes for their systems are back up I do not know why Jack and the Box does not want to serve me I'm very nice to these people every time I treat everybody with respect and dignity and I give everybody an opportunity exactly the same as the next person no two people are treated differently but at this point I'm not sure if I even want to make in the fifth attempt remember this is the third time something like this has happened to me and I've only been to the store 4 times ever
Good typical Jack in the box fast food, nice clean location though, much cleaner than many other ones I have been in.

I only been through the drive-through which is always prompt the employees courteous The food is good they have some 9 little bit of variety in it is jack-in-a-box food what else can you say
I've only been through the drive-thru but the several times I've been the service was fast and the employees were very friendly
