We evacuated from Victoria Texas, during hurricane party. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Although the hotel was at it Max capacity the employees never showed frustration or loss of hospitality. They were also accommodating to ensure our comfort. They went over and beyond what would have normally been expected from them. We can never thank them enough for all that they did for us. We will be forever grateful. The hotel maintain the cleanliness during a very busy time. The beds were comfortable and nice. The free breakfast was phenomenal. Thank you to all of you for helping us during this historical crisis
One of the best Best Western Plus! I have stayed at this property many times over the past 10-15 years and have never been disappointed. It's like coming home to see the staff (family) and Mr. Patel is an excellent manager and owner of this property. His property has always been top notch. As a 12 travel agent, I highly recommend this property for your stay.
This was a nice suprise. We spent one night in a king suite that had the bedroom separate from the rest of the room. It was very quite and clean. Breakfast was missing eggs but everything else was top notch. The staff was very friendly and professional. I woul definetly recommend a stay here.
Upon check in, Best Western had mistakenly cancelled our reservation. The front desk was not very helpful in rectifying the situation, although we finally had success after her attention was redirected from playing on her cell phone to fixing the reservation. We were woke up at 2am by a roach crawling on the bed, there were what appeared to be blood stains on one of the towels. The front desk the next morning again seemed to not be suprised or bothered at all. I travel and stay in hotels for work 5 days per week and have stayed in many hotel chains including many satisfactory Best Western locations. I am disappointed to say this location does not take the same pride in their hotel as others. We will not be returning to this location upon our next stay in Waco.
This was our second stay at this particular best western plus. The staff were extremely helpful, the breakfast very ample, the fitness room met my needs for a good cardio workout. The room in bed were very comfortable, loved having an iron and an ironing board right in the room! Needed hand lotion so I asked for some from the front desk. The lotion was amazing! Not sure exactly what brand it was, but I sure would buy it!
