This is a great location. I have been there twice recently and both times I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for a road force balance and tire rotation. Granted, I'm always the first to arrive, 20 minutes before they open. But still, very speedy and efficient. Also, I appreciate that the technicians that I have worked with listed to me and filled my tires to my requested specifications, not what they or the tire manufacturer suggest. 5 Stars!
They were very nice. But it took two weeks getting the tires. One week for 1st order. One tire was bad, took another week to get it. But when I took my car in they didn't take very long to get my tires on.
I worked with Nathan and Cody at the Bellmead Tx. Store. A super couple of guys. This is a very clean and friendly store with fast service. I got new tires for my car and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I misunderstood the price and was taken care of. It was my mistake, I told them and they still took care of me. I'm completely satisfied and will recommend the Bellmead store to everyone who needs tires. Discount tire is exceptional , these guys went above and beyond.
