I have called numerous of times and nobody picks up. NUMEROUS OF TIMES.... Google please verify that this phone number is the number for chase. If it is correct, then nobody bother calling because they will not answer lol
Made two deposits on 1/27/17 with no cash back, one deposit is now a cash withdraw. I had to change travel plans because they couldn't do anything over the phone and I have to go to the branch to resolve the theft of my money. I have never had such a bad experience at a branch, horrible incompetent service from Celeste.
